FEATURED PROJECTS

A pivotal property that ushered-in an era of vitality and growth in downtown Minneapolis, New History is proud to be part of reactivating the iconic Dayton's Department Store building.

Our work scope includes: preservation project planning, historical research, design for preservation, construction oversight, and local, state and federal compliance.

Built in 1858, the nationally designated Nelson Stillman home in Galena, Illinois, is a centerpiece for the Galena-Jo Daviess County Historical Society’s museum campus. New History's work has helped the Society make building improvements and leverage this tremendous asset to engage the broader community.

This award-winning masonry repair project located in a locally and nationally designated historic district preserved a family-owned building for generations to come.
